IntriCon Tibbetts (Formerly Tibbetts Industries) is a world leader in the design, development, and manufacture of magnetic telecoils and miniature electro-acoustic transducers (including receivers and microphones). Our products are used in hearing aids, medical devices, and numerous communications applications. Tibbetts also engages in contractual electronics research, development and manufacturing.
Dr. Raymond Tibbetts founded Tibbetts Industries, Inc. in 1945. His son George C. Tibbetts joined the company in 1949, and was the company's Chairman for many years before Tibbetts was acquired by IntriCon Corporation in 2007.
The facilities, covering a total floor space of 34,000 square feet, include a tooling and machine shop, a technical library, various anechoic test chambers, and electronics labs.
Tibbetts is committed to supplying products and services to meet the highest quality standards. Several European Medical Device manufacturers have designated us as Approved Suppliers.
